Though you may not be experiencing any pain yet, inappropriate posture can eventually lead to problems that could otherwise have been preventable. Take the time to assess your posture using the infographic above. In most cases, posture can be improved with treatment and/or corrective exercises to maximise mobility.

Part of everyone's vacation should always involve maintaining adequate activity levels and these stretches will keep you limber for arrival in your destination. Have fun with these and never push too hard into a stretch. They are designed to help - not hurt!

At Chiro Clinic Moncton, I always provide my patients with advice and preventative measures to avoid any unnecessary degeneration of their body. The spine is composed of 24 moveable segments that include cervical, thoracic, and lumbar vertebrae. As people age, it becomes increasingly more difficult to keep these very important areas mobile, which results in progressively worsening stiffness and discomfort. It doesn't need to be this way!
